New Dental Patient Information
How to Get Started with Us
Most of our patients are referred to Dr. LoCastro by their general dentist, but if you require advanced periodontal care or are interested in getting dental implants, you can simply schedule an appointment with us yourself! Either way, we want to make your initial experience with us as positive and productive as possible, so below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your appointment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Your First Visit
Once you’ve been checked in by our friendly dental team, a member of our staff will give you a brief exam and likely take some X-rays. You’ll then meet Dr. LoCastro, who will take a few minutes to get to know you and ask about your concerns and goals. He’ll then give you an exam, and afterward, clearly explain his findings as well as your treatment options. You’ll have all the time you need to ask questions so you can have complete confidence in your treatment plan moving forward.
Online Patient Forms
Your time is extremely valuable, so we want to help you save it! Before your appointment, you have the option to fill out our forms 100% online. Just follow the link below, fill in the appropriate information, and click “Submit” when you’re done—it’s that easy! The forms will be sent directly to our team, and this will allow us to check you in with little to no wait.
